Register Early

Register by Thursday, June 1, 2000, to take advantage of the early registration discounts on the enclosed registration form. Remember that the form must be received by Thursday, June 1, 2000, to be processed at the early discount rate. Registration fees increase after that date. Registrations received after Friday, June 9, will be considered on-site registrations, and you will be required to register on site. You must be registered by Friday, June 9, to be included on the advance registration list. All fees must accompany the registration form.

Registration Fees

All fees and deposits must be payable in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. banks. Register early and save! Fees will increase after Thursday, June 1, 2000.

Full Conference Registration Fee

The Full Conference Registration Fee includes all educational and general sessions, good morning continental breakfast/refreshment breaks, box lunches, Valuation 2000 receptions and a proceedings manual containing all educational handouts. Optional organizational events and pre- and post-conference seminars and short courses are not included; to participate, you must pay the appropriate additional fee.

ONLY those who pay the Full Conference Registration Fee may attend educational sessions. If your companion wishes to attend educational sessions, he or she must pay the Full Conference Registration Fee. $495 on or before June 1; $595 from June 2-June 9; $750 after June 9 (on site).

One-Day Conference Registration Fee

The One-Day Conference Registration Fee includes all educational and general sessions, good morning continental breakfast/refreshment breaks, box lunch, a proceedings manual containing the educational handouts for your selected day and the Valuation 2000 reception for your selected day only. Optional organizational events, other Valuation 2000 receptions and pre- and post-conference seminars and short courses are not included; to participate, you must pay the appropriate additional fee. $225 on or before June 1; $300 from June 2-June 9; $350 after June 9 (on site).

Full Companion Registration Fee (Includes Children 13 Years and Older)

The Full Companion Registration Fee includes the Tuesday, July 11, brunch and all of the Valuation 2000 receptions. Optional organizational events are not included; to participate, you must pay the appropriate additional fee. All companions must pay the Full Companion Registration Fee in order to participate in any conference-related events. $100 on or before June 1; $125 from June 2-June 9; $150 after June 9 (on site).

Full Child Registration Fee (Children 5 to 12 Years Old)

The Full Child Registration Fee includes the Tuesday, July 11, brunch and the Tuesday, July 11, Valuation 2000 reception. Parents must pay the Full Child Registration Fee in order for their children to participate in any conference-related events. $25 on or before June 1; $50 from June 2-June 9; $77 after June 9 (on site).

Payment

Registration fees may be paid by personal check, money order, bank draft, VISA or MasterCard. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. Valuation 2000 cannot bill you and cannot accept American Express.

Registration Refund Policy and Procedure

To receive a refund, you must FIRST notify Valuation 2000 registration headquarters and request a refund cancellation number. Without a valid cancellation number, you are ineligible to receive a refund.   A full refund of registration fee(s) minus a $100 administrative fee will be made upon receipt of a written notice or fax of cancellation with valid cancellation number no later than Monday, June 26, 2000. Partial refunds will not be given. No refunds will be made for cancellations after Monday, June 26; however, personal emergencies will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
