Keynote Speaker: The Honorable George J. Mitchell
George J. Mitchell,
former U.S. senator and Senate majority leader, will deliver the keynote address at Valuation 2000. Since leaving the Senate in 1995, Mitchell joined the Washington, D.C., law firm of Verner, Liipfert, Bernhard, McPherson and Hand. He serves as director of the Walt Disney Company, Federal Express Corporation, Xerox Corporation, UNUM Insurance Corporation, KTI Inc., Staples Inc. and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.Mitchell will share his unique insights on events unfolding around the world and how those events may impact the valuation profession.
